1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales on India Inbox are final. Once a service plan (Starter, Business, or Enterprise) has been purchased and activated, no returns, refunds, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all subscription plans, whether billed monthly or annually.

2. Nature of Service

India Inbox provides digital services — specifically, business email hosting — that are provisioned and activated immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital services, once the email hosting infrastructure has been set up, domain verified, and email accounts created for your organization, the service is considered fully delivered and cannot be reversed or returned.

3. Plan Cancellation

You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, your email accounts and data will remain accessible until the end of the paid period, after which they will be deactivated.
  • You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before your service expires.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, India Inbox may consider a refund at its sole discretion if:

  • A technical issue on our end prevents the service from being activated or used, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A duplicate payment was charged due to a billing system error.

Any such exception requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of purchase.

5. Free Trial

If you are on a free trial or promotional offer, no payment is required during the trial period. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial ends. No refund claims apply to free trial periods.

6. Changes to This Policy

India Inbox reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
